Anthem Hops has a golden colour and light carbonation. There is virtually no aroma to speak of.
This cider did have flavours of apple and dry hops with hints of elderflower, but that was not enough to change my opinion. This off-dry cider has a sweet finish that fades to nothing. There was no detectable structure.
I was told that the alcohol varied from 5.5 to 6% depending on when it is made. I tasted this at the Chicago Cider Summit, and perhaps they just had an off-batch, but one would hope you would try to show your best. That being said, I recommend you avoid this disapopinting cider.
