I started my adventure in the beverage alcohol business in 1985. I have had the privilege of spending many years studying with wine and cider makers from around the world. I studied winemaking, wine marketing and the art of sensory evaluation at the University of California, Davis.
Over the years I have worked creating and improving my fruit wine, mead, metheglin, melomel and cider recipes.
Along the way I have devoted considerable time studying the secrets of ancient fermentation as well as modern techniques. God's natural process of fermentation makes many great things possible.
Through my experience working with a number of fruits and herbs, I have developed an extensive library of fruit wine and cider recipes featuring heritage variety Apples, Raspberries, Strawberries, Cranberries, Blackberries, Elderberries, Peaches and even Maple.
In addition to all of our great tasting ciders, it is with great pleasure that I can now share with the world my trademarked recipes. I hope you enjoy making them as much as I enjoyed did.
